Excellent hotel in Kathmandu!
Hotel HOTEL SHERPANI has a perfect location within walking distance to Kathmandu’s main attractions. There are also large supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need, including gear for mountain trekking. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring comfortable beds, balconies, recreation areas, and writing desks. The showers are convenient and roomy, with hot water always available. The Wi-Fi works excellently throughout the entire hotel premises. The hotel receptionist and staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and responsive! In any situation, you can rely on Mr. Rinchen Sherpa, who seems capable of solving any problem! It is worth noting that the hotel building is one of the tallest in Kathmandu. On the top floor, there is a wonderful restaurant with both open and enclosed verandas, where you can enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the city, watch planes taking off and landing, admire architectural details, and if it rains, you can always take shelter in the enclosed part with panoramic windows. We will definitely return again and recommend this hotel to our friends! A special thanks to Mr. Rinchen Sherpa and the receptionist Alisha Rai for the warm welcome and invaluable help in resolving issues with a suddenly malfunctioning bank card! Perfect hotel in Kathmandu!
We had such a great stay at Hotel Sherpani! It’s a clean, brand new hotel with super friendly and amazing staff who really made us feel welcome. We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment-style room with our family, and it was perfect—really spacious with two separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The big kitchen and dining area were great, and the views from the room were beautiful. Breakfast was a real highlight—served on the rooftop with an amazing view of the city. They offer so much food, and everything we had was delicious. The city view at night from the rooftop is also stunning. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay. Definitely planning to come back next time we’re in Kathmandu. Highly recommend this place!
Very nice hotel!
Brand new hotel in Tinchuli near Boudhanath, very modern facility, great rooms with diverse layouts nicely accommodating both groups and solo travelers. Wonderful local neighborhood to explore and enjoy the activity around Boudha stupa. Hotel Sherpani is same quality as the big 4 star brand hotels I've stayed in ktm, but with more local culture. Hotel Sherpani rates are a great value in comparison as well. Love the top floor restaurant/terrace/chill area, my favorite view in ktm. Highly recommend.
